During his thirty year career, Mr. Chudnovsky has designed and managed an impressive array of world class projects. His superior design skills and comprehensive command of construction technology was fostered by attending the finest schools of architecture, coupled with extensive training by world renowned architects. Rarely does one find both quality design talent and a firm understanding of building technology in a single architect. Additionally, Mr. Chudnovsky is an astute manager with strong negotiation and analytical skills. This enables him to successfully direct large team of consultants, navigate through government agencies and juggle the conflicting demands of all phases of construction. Since 1989, Mr. Chudnovsky has directed the daily activities of his own firm in which he has taken a hand on role. Utilizing his command of the construction process he has provided expert witness services, for the past twelve years, on an extensive array of construction defects litigation. He has functioned as lead expert on claims as large as 100 million, and coordinated the activities of an army of experts to address a plethora of defects. Mr. Chudnovsky has worked as a defense, plaintiff and neutral expert. His strongest skill is that of testimony which, by participating in numerous mediation/ arbitration hearings, and successfully testified at depositions/ superior court he has fostered the trust of the legal profession. Years of forensic training has perfected Mr. Chudnovsky�s destructive testing techniques, as well as, the composing of defects lists and reports, for; single/ multi family residential, commercial and institutional building types.
